I think ...

Harry Potter kills Professor Dumbledore (perhaps with a Quiditch Broom in the conservatory). Someone or something uses Harry's growing pride to trick or goad him into the dark deed. (Or, in order to make Harry redeemable, perhaps he will be about to kill Dumbledore, but doesn't at the last moment - yet Dumbledore still buys the magic farm.)

This event will naturally set up the walk we can all but assume Harry will take on the dark side in the next book ....
That's what I think, as of page 64.
